Continental US Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges are $5.95 (flat -fee) for any orders under $50.
Shipping charges are FREE for orders over $50.
* Overnight delivery is not available.
* We do not ship FedEx or UPS.
We ship via USPS First Class. At this time, we do not ship Overnight or Expedited Orders.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Mushroom Health ships to addresses within the Continental U.S. (this includes PO Boxes) and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
If you received your order damaged, please contact us.
Mushroom Health is not liable for any products lost or stolen after delivery.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the Continental U.S.
