Our Guarantee/Return Policy
We believe in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with the purchases you make from us. This is why we created the Mushroom Health Customer Service Guarantee.
Mushroom Health will accept returns of products purchased directly from Mushroom Health (online), in accordance with the restrictions below.
Please note that while we work to minimize process times, your refund can take 7-10 days to process (sometimes more) once we receive all required information and/or product(s) from you.
For all product returns, the original packing slip is required to be considered for reimbursement. We do not have the ability to track your return and we are not responsible for the amount of time it takes for the item to be returned to us.
POLICY RESTRICTIONS (Applicable to all returns)
1. To be considered for a refund, the return must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Once the return is approved via email, the item must be shipped within 7 days of receipt of this email, at your expense. In all cases, refunds will be made ONLY to the credit card used for the original purchase. It may take up to two (2) billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
2. All returned item(s) must be received within 30 days of the delivery date of the item(s) to be considered for a refund. Any unqualified return, such as orders received after 30 days of original delivery, will not be credited due to destruction or expiration considerations.
3. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Supplement refund requests will only be considered if the respective supplement is unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
5. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping and for the item(s) arriving at Mushroom Health facilities.
6. The return tracking information must be provided and the packing slip included for the return to be processed.
7. A restocking fee of $7.00 will be charged per bottle on all returned supplements and will be deducted from the total refund credit being issued.
